Great Fall Weekend

The weather is really starting to get cool and it's starting to look and feel like fall. I love this time of year. This weekend in particular was really great. Yesterday we went to the K-State/Iowa State game at Arrowhead Stadium. We had a decent sized tailgate....probably about 20 people. It was the first game James and I have been to this year, so it was nice that we won. Sunday, we went to the Johnson's Farm Pumpkin Patch with our niece Juliana and James' brother and his girlfriend. We had a lot of fun. I've been there the past two years with my first graders, but because of budget cuts we no longer get to go on that field trip. We spent the rest of the afternoon eating delicious Thai food and carving pumpkins in Rory's garage. I'm quite proud of our final product...
