It's been a couple weeks now since the boys' 2nd birthday, but it's been on my list to update the blog. Once again, we went all out for their party. We did another backyard bash, like we did last year. Only this year the kids were all able to actually play! We had all kinds of fun play stations set up in the backyard, including a water slide/bouncy house rental. It was pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. We went with a Dr. Seuss Thing 1, Thing 2, Thing 3 theme, which I thought was really fun. The week leading up to the party proved to be stressful but it was all worth it. Everyone had a great time and I just loved looking out at my yard seeing a dozen (plus) little kids running around giggling and playing. It's what I've always wanted.
The boys got all kinds of great gifts including (but not limited to) bubble lawnmowers, a playhouse, a race car ramp, arts and craft supplies, foam connecting blocks, interactive books, and lots of cute clothes! We were really excited about everything they got.
Most importantly, we were just so happy to celebrate our three little men turning TWO! It's so hard to believe it's been two years since they entered our lives. We are so amazed by these little guys and just love watching them learn and grow!
